Serving Davie homeowners and businesses
Davie still has horse properties, acre lots, and neighborhoods that sit closer to open land than to a downtown core. Paint jobs here include barns, fences, and long exterior runs, not only subdivision stucco.
This city page covers the full Davie service mix. Separate Davie articles on this site go deeper on exterior timing and interior work so those URLs are not copies of this overview. Wind and afternoon rain move in fast off the west. We watch the daily storm line and stage exteriors in the morning so a rural lot is not left half-cut-in when the sky opens.
Fences and barns need a different film than house stucco. We spec stain or a flexible exterior for moving wood, and we do not put wall paint on a paddock rail. Dirt drives and long setbacks mean more wash water and more hose. We bring water when the well is out, and we keep overspray off the pasture. University and 4H traffic is not a Weston cul-de-sac. We park so a trailer can still get out of the gate.
