Weston's premier painters
Lauderhill grew quickly in the 1970s, and much of it was built as condos, villas and planned communities. Today it is a busy, mostly residential city west of Fort Lauderdale, about 4.9 miles from the PaintPro base. We paint interiors, exteriors and cabinets here, with free estimates and a written 2-year warranty on every job.
A large share of Lauderhill homes sit in two- to four-story garden-style condo buildings. Their associations repaint on a cycle, and the scope is bigger than walls. Exterior stairwells, open walkways, railings, unit doors and stucco cracks all need attention. We walk the property with the manager, mark cracks and rust, and give the board a written estimate. During the work we post notices, move in phases so residents can park, and keep stair and walkway access open.
Villas and townhomes with shared walls bring a different question: one owner usually cannot change the color alone. The association or the neighbors sharing the building have a say, so check with them first. When an owner is approved to repaint, we match the approved color exactly and stop clean at the shared line. Front doors, garage doors and fences are popular smaller projects for owners who want a fresh look within association rules.
Inside, many units still have 1970s and 1980s features: textured ceilings, wood paneling and original cabinets. Paneling can be cleaned, primed and painted so the room looks brighter. Textured ceilings take paint well with the right roller and care at the edges. In occupied homes we protect floors and furniture, keep one room usable while we work in another, and clean up daily. Our interior painting page has more detail.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
Inverrary was built in the 1970s around its golf courses and holds many of the city's condos and single-family homes. Lots that back onto fairways or lakes see sprinkler overspray and mildew on rear walls, so we plan extra cleaning there and check for stains before priming.
Central Broward Regional Park, home to a cricket stadium, draws big crowds on match and event days, which slows traffic on nearby roads. Along State Road 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard, plazas, offices and the area around Lauderhill Mall need commercial painting scheduled around business hours.
FAQ
Yes. We walk the buildings with the manager or a board member, note stucco cracks, rust on railings and worn doors, and give a written estimate that lists prep and coatings. We can price buildings separately if the board wants to phase the work, and we handle resident notices during the job.
Often you can, but check with your association first, since many require one color across the building. If you are approved, we match the existing or approved color and stop at the shared line so the building still looks like one piece. Front doors and trim are sometimes allowed in an accent color.
Yes, most of our interior work is in occupied homes. We move and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, and work room by room so you can still use the kitchen and a bathroom. We follow building rules on elevator use, work hours and parking, and we leave each room clean at the end of the day.
Yes. We clean the paneling to remove grease and dust, lightly sand it, and apply a bonding primer so the topcoat sticks to the glossy finish. Grooves can stay as a texture or be filled for a flatter look. Painted paneling brightens a room without the cost and mess of tearing it out.
Yes. Lauderhill is about 4.9 miles from our Fort Lauderdale base. We give free written estimates for homes, condo buildings and commercial properties across the city. Every job is done by licensed and insured crews and is backed by our written 2-year warranty.
