Garage frames and fascia take more water and sun than flat walls, and they are often wood or trim boards that move with the weather. Old paint layers lose grip, and water gets in behind them. We scrape, replace any soft wood, prime bare spots and repaint with an exterior enamel that handles movement.
Yes. We work with the association or with owners in a row who agree to paint together. Painting the whole building at once gives one even color and sheen. We plan parking, ladder placement and notices so residents can still come and go, and we can schedule each building separately in a larger community.
Yes. Sun and sprinklers turn wood fences gray and fuzzy within a few seasons. We clean the fence, let it dry, replace any loose boards you point out, and apply a penetrating stain or solid color that suits your HOA rules. A stained fence sheds water better and looks finished next to fresh exterior paint.
