Weston's premier painters
Boynton Beach covers a lot of ground, from 1950s block homes near Federal Highway and the Intracoastal to 55+ communities and gated neighborhoods west of I-95. We paint interiors, exteriors, cabinets and commercial buildings here, about 28 miles north of our Fort Lauderdale base, and every job starts with a free on-site estimate.
East of I-95, many homes date from the 1950s through the 1970s: one-story block and stucco, awning or jalousie windows that have often been replaced, terrazzo floors inside and carports out front. Decades of paint on those walls can trap moisture and blister in the summer heat. We test adhesion, remove what is failing, patch and prime before color. Fascia and soffits on these houses are often wood, so we probe for rot and replace soft sections, with your approval, before painting them.
Boynton Beach is home to Leisureville and many other 55+ and condo communities along Congress Avenue, Woolbright Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard. Residents there often want the work done quietly and on a clear plan. We confirm the association's hours and parking rules, keep walkways and shared areas tidy, and explain what each day involves before we start. For more on painting condo and villa rooms, see our article on interior painting in Boynton Beach.
Near Boynton Harbor Marina and the Intracoastal, salt air and humidity work on railings, light fixtures and the sealant around doors. We wash the salt off before painting and treat rust spots so they do not bleed through. Many Boynton kitchens from the 1980s and 1990s have solid oak or maple cabinet doors that paint well once degreased, sanded and primed. If you are weighing that project, our cabinet painting cost guide for Boynton Beach explains what changes the price.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
We paint in Boynton Lakes and Lake Boynton Estates, in Leisureville and the condo communities off Woolbright Road, in gated golf communities such as Hunters Run and Quail Ridge, and on the older streets near Seacrest Boulevard and downtown. Boynton is a longer drive up I-95 for our crews, so we load every material the job needs before leaving and avoid mid-day supply runs.
FAQ
Yes. Peeling on older block homes usually comes from moisture trapped under many layers of paint or from coats that lost their bond. We scrape and sand the failing areas, test what remains, patch cracks and apply a masonry primer before the finish coats. Rotted wood fascia or soffit is pointed out to you and replaced with your approval before painting.
We do. Before starting, we confirm contractor hours, parking, gate registration and any elevator or loading rules with the association or management office. Inside, we protect floors and furniture and work room by room. If the association handles exterior painting, check with it before planning any outside work on your unit.
Solid oak or maple cabinets usually paint well. The open grain of oak shows through paint, so we discuss whether you want that texture or a smoother look that needs a grain filler. We clean off grease, sand, prime with a bonding primer and finish in a durable enamel. Warped doors or water-damaged boxes are better replaced, and we will tell you.
Salt film is washed off first, since paint applied over it will not bond well. Rusted railings, fixtures and fasteners are cleaned and primed with a rust-inhibiting product, and old sealant around doors and windows is replaced where it has failed. We use exterior finishes suited to coastal exposure and pay extra attention to the walls facing the water.
Yes. We paint offices, retail centers, medical suites and association buildings, inside and out. Work can be planned in phases, early or after hours to keep a business open, and we coordinate access and staging with property management. Like our residential work, commercial jobs start with a free estimate and are licensed and insured.
