Weston's premier painters
Delray Beach mixes 1920s cottages near Atlantic Avenue, mid-century homes along the Intracoastal, beachside condos and large gated communities to the west. We paint all of it, from interiors and exteriors to cabinets and commercial space, working from our Fort Lauderdale base about 24 miles south, with free estimates and a written 2-year warranty.
In the Marina, Del-Ida Park and Old School Square historic districts, many homes are wood frame with lap siding, wood windows and porches. Old wood fails differently from stucco. Paint cracks along the grain, peels at the bottom edge of boards and lifts where water gets behind trim. We scrape to a sound edge, prime bare wood, replace rotted pieces when you approve it, and caulk every joint. If your home is in one of Delray's historic districts and you are planning a color change, check with the city before work is scheduled.
East of the Intracoastal and along A1A, salt air reaches every surface. Stucco near the beach chalks faster, railings and light fixtures rust at their bases, and the sealant around sliders shrinks and cracks. We wash off the salt film, treat rust, replace failed sealant and choose finishes meant for coastal exposure. Inside homes close to the water, finish and sheen matter as much as color; our guide to interior paint for Delray coastal homes covers those choices in more detail.
West of I-95, the Delray Beach area has many gated and 55+ communities, Kings Point among them. Associations there usually control exterior colors and repaint on their own schedule, so owners often focus on interiors: walls, ceilings, trim and doors, done room by room with furniture moved and covered. Kitchen cabinets come up often in those homes and in older houses downtown, and our page on kitchen cabinet painting in Delray Beach explains how that job works.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
Delray Beach jobs take us along Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue downtown, into Pineapple Grove, Lake Ida, Tropic Isle and Seagate, and west toward Military Trail and the communities beyond. Downtown parking is tight, and Atlantic Avenue stays busy with events and weekend crowds, so we unload early and use your driveway where we can. In gated communities, we register with the gate before the first day.
FAQ
Yes. Wood-frame houses in the Marina, Del-Ida Park and Old School Square districts need careful prep: scraping to sound paint, priming bare wood, replacing rot and caulking joints. We note any wood repairs during the estimate. For color changes on a historic home, check with the city first, and we can provide paint names and codes for your submission.
We start by washing off the salt film, since paint will not bond well over it. Rust on railings, fixtures and fasteners is cleaned and primed with a rust-inhibiting product, and cracked or shrunken sealant around doors and windows is replaced. We then apply an exterior finish suited to coastal conditions, with extra attention on the sides facing the ocean breeze.
Yes. We confirm the community's contractor rules, gate registration and working hours ahead of time. Inside, we move and cover furniture, protect floors, and paint walls, ceilings, doors and trim room by room so you can stay at home during the work. Cabinet painting can be added to the same visit.
We do commercial painting for storefronts, restaurants and offices. Downtown work is planned around business hours and foot traffic, so we often paint early, in sections or after closing, and keep entrances clear. We coordinate with your landlord or property manager on access and staging. The estimate is free and lists every area included.
