Weston's premier painters
Much of Coconut Creek was built as planned communities, so the first question on a paint job here is often what the association allows. We paint interiors, exteriors, cabinets and fences across the city, about 9.3 miles north of our Fort Lauderdale base, and we fit the work to community rules from the first visit.
Many single-family neighborhoods off Lyons Road and Hillsboro Boulevard went up in the 1980s and 1990s and are now on their second or third repaint. Associations here usually publish a palette for body, trim and front door, and some want an application before work starts. We help you pull the exact color codes, brush large samples on the wall so you can see them in your light, and wait until approval is in hand. Garage doors, entry doors, shutters and stucco banding are part of most exterior scopes, and each one is listed on the estimate.
Coconut Creek also has large 55+ condominium communities, Wynmoor among them, with low-rise buildings and shared hallways. Unit interiors there are often repainted when a unit changes hands or when owners update a kitchen or bath. We check in with the management office, follow its rules for parking and building access, and keep dust and noise inside the unit. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim can be done room by room, so you can keep living at home while the work goes on.
The city calls itself the Butterfly Capital of the World, and its tree canopy and planted buffers are part of daily life. Shade is pleasant for people and harder on paint. Walls under heavy trees stay damp, grow mildew and collect pollen and sap. We treat mildew before priming, ask you to trim plants back from the walls ahead of time, and use a mildew-resistant finish on shaded sides. Wood fences and gates get the same cleaning before we stain or paint them, so the coating bonds to wood instead of grime.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
We paint in Wynmoor and Winston Park, in the homes around Tradewinds Park and Butterfly World, and in the condos and townhomes near The Promenade at Coconut Creek and the Broward College north campus. Traffic on State Road 7 and Sample Road near the Seminole casino can back up, so we schedule early arrivals and keep our vehicles in whatever contractor parking a community sets aside.
FAQ
Most planned communities in Coconut Creek have rules about exterior colors, and some require a written application before work begins. Check with your HOA or management company first. We can give you the color names and codes, brush samples on the wall for the committee, and hold the start date until the approval letter arrives. Interior painting normally does not need association approval.
Yes. We work room by room, move and cover furniture, and keep a clear path through the unit each day. Before starting, we confirm the community's contractor hours, parking and access rules with the management office. Doors, trim, walls and ceilings can be scheduled in an order that keeps your bedroom and kitchen usable for as long as possible.
Walls under trees or next to dense hedges dry slowly after rain and sprinklers, and mildew thrives on that moisture and the pollen that settles there. Painting over it only hides it for a while. We wash with a mildew treatment, rinse, let the wall dry, then prime and use a finish made to resist mildew. Trimming plants back from the wall helps the paint last.
We do both. Wood fences in shaded yards usually need a thorough cleaning first to remove mildew and gray, weathered fibers. After that, a penetrating stain keeps the wood grain visible, while a solid stain or paint gives an even color that can match the house. If your HOA sets fence colors, we follow its list.
Yes. We paint offices, retail units and common areas, and we can plan work in phases or outside business hours so a space keeps running. For shopping centers and office buildings, we coordinate with property management on access, signage and where our crew can park and stage materials. The estimate is free and lists each area included.
