Weston's premier painters
Pompano Beach covers a lot of ground. Condo towers line the ocean side of A1A, canal homes fill Garden Isles, and older ranch houses spread west toward Palm Aire. PaintPro works across all of it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 8 miles south. Estimates are free, and every job carries our written 2-year warranty.
East of Federal Highway, salt is the main enemy. Spray off the ocean and the Intracoastal settles on stucco, railings and window frames, then sits there through humid nights. Paint on the windward side starts to chalk and blister well before the rest of the house. Before we prime, we pressure wash to strip the salt film, open and seal stucco cracks, and treat rust on metal at the source. On waterfront lots we give extra time to the dock side, where splash and bird droppings break paint down fastest.
Inland neighborhoods like Cresthaven and the Pompano Beach Highlands are mostly concrete block homes from the 1950s through the 1970s. Many still have original wood fascia, awning or jalousie windows, and several layers of old paint. Sprinklers fed by well water leave orange rust marks along the lower walls. We check how well the old coatings are holding before we cover them, replace soft fascia boards, and seal irrigation stains with a stain-blocking primer so the rust does not bleed back through the new color.
Inside, Pompano work is a mix of condo refreshes, full repaints before a sale, and kitchen cabinets that have outlived their finish. In condo buildings we follow the association's rules on elevator use, parking and quiet hours, and we protect shared hallways. Single-family interiors usually need moisture-tolerant products in baths and laundry rooms. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim are all part of our interior painting work here.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
Beachfront buildings along A1A and Pompano Beach Boulevard usually go through a condo association, so we plan around board approval, lift or swing-stage access, and notices to residents. Waterfront streets near the Atlantic Boulevard and 14th Street Causeway bridges add boat traffic and narrow driveways to the schedule.
Out west, Palm Aire mixes golf-course condos with single-family homes, and Leisureville is a 55-plus community with its own standards. Closer to the old downtown, Old Pompano and Collier City hold some of the city's older houses, where careful prep matters more than speed.
FAQ
Yes. Commercial and association work is part of what we do. For a building on A1A, the board usually sets colors, access and timing, so we start with the property manager. We walk the building, note where salt has damaged stucco and railings, and lay out the prep and painting in a written estimate the board can review.
That is usually irrigation water. Many sprinkler systems here draw from wells with a lot of iron, and the spray leaves orange marks on the lower wall. Paint alone will not hide it for long. We clean the stain, seal it with a stain-blocking primer, then paint. Turning the sprinkler heads away from the wall keeps the new finish clean.
No. Estimates are free. Pompano Beach is about 8 miles from our Fort Lauderdale base, so a visit is easy to fit in. We look at the surfaces, ask about colors and any association rules, and send a written estimate that spells out the prep, the products and the areas included.
Yes. Plenty of Pompano kitchens have solid wood or veneer cabinet boxes that are worth keeping. We take off the doors and hardware, degrease, sand, prime with a bonding primer and spray a hard finish. Our cabinet refinishing service page walks through each step of the process.
Every PaintPro job comes with a written 2-year warranty on our workmanship, and we are licensed and insured. The estimate lists the prep we will do on your house, because on a salty coastal wall the washing, crack repair and priming are what keep the new paint attached.
