Weston's premier painters
Miramar runs from its original neighborhoods east of University Drive west to newer communities near I-75 and Dykes Road. We paint houses, townhomes and commercial space throughout the city, about 11 miles southwest of our Fort Lauderdale base, and each estimate is free and written out in detail.
Miramar was incorporated in 1955, and the east side still has many of its early single-story block homes. Their stucco has usually been patched more than once, decorative block screens and concrete walkways are common, and the trim carries many coats. We remove loose paint, feather the edges so old patches do not telegraph through, and prime raw stucco before color. Window bars, railings and other ironwork tend to rust at the base where sprinklers hit, so we wire-brush and prime that metal instead of painting over the rust.
Communities like Silver Shores, Sunset Lakes and Riviera Isles were built mostly in the late 1990s and 2000s around man-made lakes, with gates and architectural review. Many homes there use two or three colors with stucco bands and accent trim. We match the community palette, mask each band cleanly, and coordinate gate passes and contractor hours with the management company. Wind across the lakes drives rain into rear walls, so we look hard at cracks, window perimeters and sealant on that side before painting.
Miramar is also a business city, with corporate offices, medical space and retail along Miramar Parkway and near I-75. For commercial interiors we can work after hours or in phases so a suite keeps operating, and we coordinate access, elevators and dust control with building management. Townhome rows get similar planning: units share walls and parking, so we let neighbors know which building is next and keep walkways usable. Cabinets, doors and interior trim in those townhomes are often original builder finishes that refinish well.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
We paint across Miramar, from the older streets of east Miramar to Silver Shores, Sunset Lakes, Riviera Isles and Monarch Lakes in the west. Miramar Parkway, Pembroke Road and University Drive carry most local traffic, and Miramar Regional Park and the city's schools add afternoon congestion. We set early start times and plan to load out before the evening rush wherever we can.
FAQ
We start with a pressure wash, then scrape loose paint, sand the edges and fill cracks in the stucco. Bare or patched areas get a masonry primer so the finish looks even. Rusted ironwork is wire-brushed and primed with a rust-inhibiting product. Soft wood at fascia or door frames is pointed out to you before we paint over it.
Yes. Bring us your association's approved scheme, or we can help you get the color names and codes from the management company. We match body, band and trim colors exactly and mask each line cleanly. Check with your HOA about any application it needs before work starts; we hold the date until you have approval.
We do. Office suites, medical spaces, retail units and building common areas are all part of our commercial work. We can schedule evenings, weekends or phased work so your business keeps running, and we coordinate with property management on access, elevators and staging. The free estimate lists every area, surface and coat included.
Walls that face south and west take far more sun than the others, and darker colors fade faster in that exposure. Townhome rows also have walls that stay shaded and damp. We look at each side separately, treat any mildew, and suggest finishes and colors that hold up to strong sun. If your association sets the colors, we match its list.
Yes. Our painting carries a written 2-year warranty, and we are licensed and insured. The warranty terms are spelled out with your estimate so you know what is covered before the job begins. If something in our work fails within that period, contact us and we will come back and look at it.
