Weston's premier painters
Hallandale Beach packs a lot into a small city: high-rise condos on the barrier island, canal-front homes on the Intracoastal side, and older streets west of Dixie Highway. We paint interiors, exteriors, cabinets and commercial space here, about 9.8 miles south of our Fort Lauderdale base, and we start with a free estimate.
Many condo towers along South Ocean Drive and around Three Islands date from the 1960s through the 1980s. For unit owners, painting means following the association's rules: a certificate of insurance on file, elevator pads and reservations, set work hours and assigned parking. We sort that out with management before the first day. Inside, salt air and air conditioning running all year leave walls dull and window frames grimy. We clean, fix nail pops and cracks, and use a washable finish in kitchens, halls and baths.
Golden Isles homes sit on canals off the Intracoastal Waterway, and salt spray is the main enemy of their paint. Rust bleeds from cracked stucco, from railing bases and from screen enclosure fasteners. We open those cracks, treat exposed metal with a rust-inhibiting primer, patch and then paint. Wood gates and docks can be stained along with the house, and the estimate lists each item so you know exactly what is being coated. Sealant around sliding doors and windows is checked and replaced where it has shrunk or split.
West of Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach has older single-family homes and small apartment buildings, many from the 1950s and 1960s, plus storefronts along Hallandale Beach Boulevard. These buildings often carry several layers of paint over porous stucco, and parts of the older trim may be wood. We test adhesion before covering old coats, replace rotten wood with your approval, and prime anything bare. For shops and offices, we can paint exteriors early in the day and keep entrances open for customers.

Hallandale Beach projects we're proud of
Professional process, quality results
Our Hallandale Beach work covers the condo row on South Ocean Drive, the Three Islands buildings, Golden Isles, and the neighborhoods and businesses along Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Federal Highway. Race days and events at Gulfstream Park, and weekend beach traffic on A1A, shape when we bring trucks in and where we unload. Condo jobs follow each building's loading and elevator schedule.
FAQ
Most Hallandale Beach associations want a contractor's certificate of insurance, the dates and hours of the work, and an elevator reservation if materials go up in it. Some also want a form signed by the unit owner. Check with your management office for its list. We are licensed and insured and send our paperwork directly to management once you approve the estimate.
Salt air reaches steel inside the stucco, in railings and in screen enclosure fasteners, and rust expands as it forms. That pushes cracks open and stains the paint. Painting over it only hides it for a while. We clean out the area, treat the metal with a rust-inhibiting primer, patch the stucco and then paint, so the stain is sealed rather than covered.
Yes, we do commercial and association exterior work. A building repaint is planned with the board and management: colors, phases, protection for cars and balconies, and notices to residents. Concrete or balcony repairs are often a separate contractor's job, and we schedule painting after that work is finished so the new coating goes onto sound surfaces.
Inside, a washable eggshell or satin finish on walls holds up to the salt film and humidity that come in with the breeze, and semi-gloss works well on trim and doors. Bathrooms and kitchens benefit from a mildew-resistant product. We suggest finishes room by room during the estimate based on how each space is used.
We paint storefronts, offices and small commercial buildings, inside and out. To keep your doors open, we can work early, in sections, or after closing, and we keep walkways clear and signs readable. If your landlord or property manager has rules for contractors, we follow them and coordinate directly. The estimate is free.
