Weston's premier painters
Miami Gardens is a city of single-family neighborhoods, many built from the 1950s through the 1970s in areas long known as Carol City, Norland, Scott Lake and Lake Lucerne. PaintPro comes in from Fort Lauderdale, about 14.2 miles north, to paint those homes inside and out, along with local offices and storefronts.
Concrete block and stucco hold up well, but the paint on them does not last forever under Miami-Dade sun. On Miami Gardens houses we regularly find chalky walls, faded south and west faces, peeling around windows and hairline stucco cracks. We start with a pressure wash, scrape and sand failing paint, fill cracks with elastomeric patch and prime bare or chalky spots. The finish coats are then cut in by hand at trim, windows and doors so the lines stay clean and the color reads evenly from the street.
Metal is the other big job. Security bars, gates, chain-link and wrought-iron fences, and railings rust where sprinklers and rain keep them wet. Painting straight over rust traps it, and the coating flakes off soon after. We wire-brush or grind away loose rust, prime with a rust-inhibiting primer and finish with an enamel built for metal. Wood fences and gates are cleaned and sealed through our deck and fence staining service, so the whole property looks finished, not just the walls.
Inside, many homes have terrazzo or tile floors, plaster or drywall walls, and kitchens that have been updated once or twice. Families often repaint when a child moves out, before a sale, or after storm or plumbing repairs. We protect floors and furniture, patch and sand damaged areas, prime water stains so they do not bleed through, and use washable finishes in hallways, kitchens and kids' rooms. Kitchen cabinets can be refinished rather than replaced, which avoids a full tear-out.

Professional process, quality results
Hard Rock Stadium sits in Miami Gardens, and on game days, concerts and other big events, traffic around NW 199th Street, NW 27th Avenue and Florida's Turnpike backs up for hours. We check the event calendar before booking and avoid starting or wrapping up exterior work near the stadium on those days. Class-change traffic near Florida Memorial University and St. Thomas University also shapes when crews arrive and leave.
FAQ
It can affect traffic, so we plan for it. Before we schedule a Miami Gardens job near Hard Rock Stadium, we check for games, concerts and other big events. Interior work usually goes ahead as planned, but deliveries and exterior setup are moved off event days so crews are not stuck in traffic or blocked by closed roads.
A fresh exterior and neutral interior colors make a home look cared for in listing photos and at showings. Buyers notice peeling trim, faded walls and rusty railings first. We can focus on the areas that matter most for a sale, such as the front elevation, the entry, the main living spaces and kitchen cabinets, and give you a free estimate on that scope.
Those stains usually come from sprinklers running on well water with iron in it. The iron leaves a rust-colored band on stucco, driveways and fences, and paint alone will not hide it for long. We clean the stains with a rust-removal product before priming, and turning sprinkler heads away from the walls keeps the new finish from staining again.
Yes. Some Miami Gardens communities have homeowners associations that set exterior colors and may repaint whole buildings on a schedule. If your townhome or villa is in one, check with your HOA before choosing colors or starting exterior work. We paint to the approved colors, coordinate with the board when needed, and can take on interiors whenever you like.
Yes. We paint offices, storefronts, warehouses and other commercial properties, inside and outside. For businesses on major roads like NW 27th Avenue or NW 183rd Street, we plan around traffic and opening hours. Our crew is licensed and insured, and every business gets a written scope and our written 2-year warranty.
