Weston's premier painters
Dania Beach was the first city incorporated in what is now Broward County, and its housing reflects that long history: older frame and block homes, mid-century ranch houses, mobile home communities and newer townhomes. We paint inside and out across Dania Beach, about 4.9 miles from our Fort Lauderdale base and just south of the airport.
Near downtown Dania Beach and off Federal Highway, you still find older homes with wood siding, porches and wood windows. Paint on old wood fails differently from paint on stucco. It cracks along the grain, curls at the lower edge of boards and lifts where water gets behind trim. We scrape to a sound edge, spot-prime bare wood, flag soft boards for replacement and caulk the joints before the topcoats. On mid-century block homes, the usual problems are chalky paint, cracks below window sills and fascia softened by overflowing gutters.
Location shapes the work here. The airport, I-95 and the marinas and boatyards along the Dania Cut-off Canal bring traffic, exhaust and a fine grime that settles on walls, screens and window frames. We wash with a detergent and rinse well before painting, so the new coat bonds to the surface rather than to that film. For marine shops, warehouses and offices, we plan commercial painting around operating hours and keep loading areas and driveways usable while we work.
Closer to the beach and the Intracoastal, salt air reaches farther inland than most people expect, so we spend extra time on rust spots, railings and the sealant around sliding doors. West of I-95, newer townhome and single-family communities along Griffin Road often answer to an HOA with a set color list, which we follow. Kitchen cabinets in those newer homes are usually builder-grade and in good condition, which makes them good candidates for painting rather than replacement.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
We work across Dania Beach, from the downtown blocks around Dania Beach Boulevard and Federal Highway to the waterfront along the Dania Cut-off Canal, the newer homes west of I-95 off Griffin Road, and the apartments and shops around Dania Pointe. Airport and interstate traffic can stack up quickly, so we plan deliveries outside the rush and keep crew vehicles off narrow residential streets where possible.
FAQ
Yes. Wood siding and trim need careful prep: scraping loose paint, sanding edges smooth, priming bare wood and replacing boards that have rotted. We point out soft or damaged wood during the estimate so you can decide on repairs before painting. Using a primer suited to old wood and a flexible exterior finish helps the paint move with the boards.
Exhaust and road dust leave a fine, oily film on walls, screens and window frames, and humidity helps it stick. That film also keeps new paint from bonding properly. We wash every surface with a detergent and rinse thoroughly before priming. A satin exterior finish is easier to rinse clean than a flat one, which helps between repaints.
We do commercial painting for offices, warehouses, shops and showrooms, including businesses near the marinas. We schedule around your operating hours, keep loading zones and customer entrances open, and coordinate with landlords or property managers. Metal doors, railings and trim near the water get rust treatment and primer before the finish coat.
Usually, yes. Check with your HOA first, since many set exterior colors and some require an application before work starts. We can supply the color names and codes for your submission and match the approved scheme exactly. Inside your unit, the choice of colors is yours, and we can paint walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets.
The estimate is free. We walk the property with you, note the surfaces to be painted, and look for rot, rust, cracks and mildew that need attention first. The written estimate lists the prep steps, products, coats and areas included. Our work is backed by a written 2-year warranty, and we are licensed and insured.
