Weston's premier painters
Most homes in Aventura sit inside a condominium tower or a gated association, so a paint job here starts with the building's rules before it starts with a brush. PaintPro works in Aventura from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 11.5 miles north, and plans each unit, townhome or house around management, salt air and traffic.
Inside a condo unit, the work is mostly walls, ceilings, doors and trim. Many towers along the Intracoastal date from the 1970s and 1980s, and units there often still carry textured ceilings, drywall patches from plumbing repairs and yellowed trim enamel. We fill and sand those repairs so they disappear under the finish, seal old leak stains with a stain-blocking primer, and choose low-odor coatings so the people next door are not breathing paint all day. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected, and the unit is left clean each evening.
Building logistics decide the schedule more than the paint does. Aventura associations commonly want a certificate of insurance on file, a reserved freight lift and work kept inside set weekday hours. We send that paperwork to the management office before day one, use the loading area the building assigns, and bring materials up in one planned trip instead of carrying buckets through the lobby all morning. If your building uses a renovation application, we help you describe the scope clearly so approval does not stall on a missing detail.
Townhomes and the smaller number of single-family houses face a different problem: sun, salt and sprinklers. East and south stucco walls chalk and fade, metal railings bleed rust into the paint below them, and irrigation leaves orange bands near the ground. We pressure wash, treat rust at the source, fill hairline stucco cracks with elastomeric patch and prime before color. For exterior painting on an association-maintained row, we follow the approved palette and sheen so your unit matches its neighbors.

Our team brings decades of combined experience and a dedication to excellence on every project.

Professional process, quality results
Aventura is compact, but afternoon traffic around Aventura Mall and along Biscayne Boulevard can stretch a short drive, so crews aim to arrive early and park exactly where the building tells us. Towers near Country Club Drive and on the Intracoastal side often limit contractor parking, and gated islands such as Williams Island and Island Estates check every vehicle at the entrance. We confirm the access list a day ahead so nobody is turned away at the guardhouse.
FAQ
Yes. A single bedroom, an accent wall or a kitchen refresh is a normal job for us. The building paperwork is usually the same for one room as for a whole unit, so some owners add the hallway or ceilings while the crew is already approved to be on site. The estimate is free either way, and the scope stays exactly what you ask for.
Wall color inside your own unit is usually your call, but the association almost always controls how contractors enter, when they can work and where they can stage materials. Balconies, entry doors facing the corridor and anything visible from outside are often common elements with set colors. Check with your management office first, and we will supply the insurance certificate and details it asks for.
Salt-laden air settles on metal railings and the concrete around their anchors. When moisture reaches the steel inside the concrete, it rusts and expands, which pushes paint and stucco off the surface. Paint alone will not fix that. If we see rust staining or cracked concrete at railing posts, we point it out so the association can arrange the repair before anything is coated.
Yes. Condo kitchens are a good fit for cabinet refinishing because replacing cabinets means more noise, more deliveries and more building approvals. We take off doors and drawer fronts, degrease, sand and prime, then apply a hard-wearing enamel to doors, boxes and fronts. Hardware goes back on once the finish has cured, and the kitchen keeps its layout.
Aventura is about 11.5 miles south of our Fort Lauderdale base, a straight run down Interstate 95 or Biscayne Boulevard. Owners here get the same terms as anywhere we work: a free estimate, a written scope, a licensed and insured crew, and a written 2-year warranty on the finished job. Weekday mornings are the easiest time to meet you at the building.
