Professional process, quality results
Oakland Park Boulevard and Commercial Boulevard are the main east-west roads, and I-95 runs through the middle of the city. Traffic on both boulevards shapes when our crews arrive and leave, so we start early and avoid blocking driveways on narrow side streets. Dixie Highway and the railroad run through downtown, where street parking is limited.
Neighborhoods on both sides of I-95 share the same basic housing: small block homes, some with additions, many under mature trees. North Andrews Gardens, which joined the city more recently, has similar streets. Lots near canals and lakes see more mildew, and we plan extra wash and dry time there.

Water is usually the cause. Rain splashes off bare soil or pavers, and sprinklers wet the same band day after day, so moisture moves up into the block and pushes the paint off. We scrape to sound paint, let the wall dry, prime with a masonry primer and topcoat. Adding mulch or redirecting sprinklers keeps it from returning.
